• What’s the process?
First, an initial email is sent to info@designsbyguru.com with full details of the project from the client. Once we gather all the necessary information you will receive a quote. After payment is made the design process is started on your project. Our turn around time will vary depending on the time of the inquiry. You get 2 revisions of the design to fit your needs. If you use all of your revisions, and require additional changes you will be charged an additional fee depending on the severity of the changes required.
• Can you design something for me first, and if I like it I can pay for it?
No, you can look at our work and see the high quality work we do. Our designs can take hours to research, create, and design. We do not provide free “samples” or anything of that sort.
• How does the payment work?
We require full payment on all orders under $500 upfront and we only accept PayPal. No refunds are given once the project begins.
• What kind of file format do you give me?
Once you are completely satisfied with the design concept, we will provide you with the file formats associated with your project. You can request specific file formats.
• Do you print also?
No, we only provide digital designs. However, we can point you the right direction to get your artwork printed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Length of the Proposal:
This allows the client to know how long your price quote is good for and how long the offer stands if, or if not accepted. At DesignsByGuru.com, our price quotes are good for one week. After that time period, the quote on your project may have changed.

Approval Of Final Artwork:
The client is required to proofread and approve the design before approving the final artwork. Though we work hard to avoid errors, DesignsByGuru.com accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project approved by the client.

Indemnity:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the designer from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs.

Copyright:
Until final approval is received, DesignsByGuru.com retains ownership of all graphic design artwork. We reserve the rights to certain elements used to create the client’s images including fonts, patterns, stock images, textures, color palettes and other non-exclusive items. DesignsByGuru.com reserves the right to use stock images in the creation of designs if required.By supplying text, images and other data the customer declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with the customer, or rightful copyright or trademark owner.
